How to get started

1. Install, and activate the plugin in your WooCommerce store.
2. Create a Brevo account or log into an existing account.

This plugin was created by Brevo.


  • Click on “Connect your account” to link WooCommerce and your Brevo account.
  • Once it’s done, you can click on “Go to dashboard” to directly land on your Brevo account.
  • Click on the relevant button to see your campaigns, your workflows, and your conversations.
  • You can access your settings by clicking on “Settings” at the top right of the screen.

= Once done, you can install the plugin following these steps:=
1. Install the Brevo for WooCommerce via the plugins page of WooCommerce or upload the plugin file (link to the plugin file) to your server.
2. Activate the Brevo for WooCommerce by clicking Connect your account from the Brevo”>WooCommerce > Brevo page. Allow access to your Brevo account and Activate the plugin to start its configuration.

Why do I need a Brevo account?

The Brevo for WooCommerce plugin uses Brevo’s API to synchronize contacts, send emails and get statistics. Creating an account on Brevo is free and takes less than 2 minutes. Once logged into your account, you can get the API key, and you can send up to 300 emails / day on the free (forever) plan.

Do I have to pay to use the plugin and send emails?

No, the plugin is totally free and Brevo offers a free forever plan with 9,000 emails per month. Additionally, Brevo comes with unlimited contacts (including on the free plan), so there is no hidden cost.

How do I synchronize my lists?

You have nothing to do – synchronization is automatic! It doesn’t matter whether your lists were uploaded on your WordPress interface or on your Brevo account: they will always remain up-to-date on both sides.
Brevo also integrates with most lead capture and advanced form builder plugins.

Please make sure you’re using version 7.3.0 of WooPayments before installing this plugin. Any version after 7.3.0 will break your website. This problem has been identified by the WooPayments team on GitHub. I’ll remove this 1 star review after we receive an update that fixes this issue.

We’ve used sendinblue for the last year or so and it was consistently having issues with stalling due to user registration spam. Now it just doesn’t work, and every response is 24 hours from the last one like it’s beneath them to work faster. It’s total garbage. Both in functionality and in their priority to customer service. We only use them for transactional emails and even that seems to be a strain. You can still win me back sendinblue but this is total garbage as it stands.

We have a long history with several account of ticketing opening for their plugin issues. The team keep on pushing back to the clients/users rather than focusing on creating a bug-free experience for their WP plugin. The many negative reviews are a testimony of that.

This looks like to be working solution, however from time to time expect zero emails will be received. This also refers to new order emails generated by woocommerce, which is crucial for the business. Once you notify support about that, they always used to say that there was email queue and so on and that you reach max amount of free emails, which is not true at all. Anyway, I put 2 just because of good support, otherwise it is 1 start and not more!!!

Hi. Great service. I think the installation instructions need some improvements. = Before installing, make sure to:=* whitelist the following Sendinblue domain: whitelist SIB domain: REDACTED* whitelist all the IPs comprised in the range from to* clear your cache Most people using WordPress are not the most technically sound. It would be useful and save people + your support team from having to troubleshoot issues due to people skipping these steps. A simple guide showing how to do this, would be extremely useful and probably save you and your support team a lot of time and frustration. Thanks for your hard work.
